miraculous resurrection of a young man seemingly
killed by a drug overdose thrusts Murphy Soles,
and Royal Oak, into the national spotlight. His
involvement with a group called the Dark Matter
Masters has convinced members of the community
that Murphy and his cohorts have the power to
heal their infirmities.
But Clay Bender alone has the ability to see
that the power behind the miracles is really
demonic - a truth that even Kyla Spears is
reluctant to accept.
As the community's devotion to the Dark Matter
grows, Clay races against time to convince Kyla,
save Murphy and prevent an onset of spiritual
darkness from which Royal Oak might never
recover.
